Lindsey is a team member of the The Volkers Real Estate Group since 2012. A proud mother to twin boys, Lindsey is, above all, passionate about people. For twelve years, she’s provided thoughtful attention to her real estate clients, ensuring that they’re happy and well taken care of throughout their entire buying or selling journey. She is a professional in every way, but it’s her warm, down-to-earth personality that helps her form lasting friendships with many of her clients. Together with her husband Tyler— her partner in life and business— they have bought, renovated, and sold three homes. While they outsourced some of the work, everything from the demolition to the design was entirely their own doing. As a result, Lindsey has a true understanding of what it’s like to be in her clients’ shoes and she uses this invaluable experience to deliver the best possible outcomes for everyone she works with. Lindsey and her family live in West Vancouver’s Eagle Harbour. From the group chats amongst parents and afternoon playdates, to beach days and evenings with friends, she loves her neighbourhood for its true sense of community. Lindsey likes to start her day with a quiet cup of coffee in the sun and when she isn’t spending time with her family, she finds peace and clarity by running outdoors.

After buying, renovating, and selling his first home in his early 20's, Tyler knew he could excel at helping others as a real estate agent. With his attention to detail and extensive knowledge of home renovations, he was confident he could offer more value than the typical real estate advisor. Eleven years later, Tyler has helped countless clients— many of whom have become friends along the way— find their perfect homes with ease. He prides himself on going the extra mile, even helping to repair items for clients who might not otherwise have the skills or resources to do so. Tyler is uniquely attuned to the emotions that come with every stage of the home ownership journey and has used his skillset to help hundreds of clients achieve great success. As a lifelong West Vancouver resident, Tyler is a true expert when it comes to the North Shore. He lives in West Vancouver with his wife and team partner, Lindsey, and their kids. Tyler loves his neighborhood for its vibrant, family-oriented community filled with friendly neighbours, children, and ready access to outdoor activities. In his spare time, you can find him golfing, swimming in the ocean, relaxing with his family, and fixing up things around the house and yard.
